Moshe serves as Chairman at 428 Healthcare where he oversees business development, strategic partnerships and brand marketing. Moshe brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry where he has successfully driven revenues and profits by over 500%. Prior to joining 428 Moshe founded a long term care pharmacy, resulting in a successful exit. Moshe holds a bachelors degree from Post University.
Jonathan serves as CEO at 428 Healthcare, where he oversees all aspects of operational efficiencies, strategic planning and business development. Prior to joining 428, Jonathan served as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development for an industry leading healthcare enterprise. Jonathan began his career as a tax attorney at a national law firm and a “Big 4” accounting firm. Jonathan holds a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a BA from CUNY Queens College.
Joe serves as President of 428 Healthcare where he brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry to create efficiencies, profits and ensure industry leading care for all of 428’s residents. Joe began his career at a 300 bed skilled nursing facility in New Jersey, making his way through the ranks to serve as the facility’s licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA). Joe compounded his experience “in the building” into founding a marketing agency focused on census building and marketing for SNFs, he grew the company to 7 states in the northeast. Joe has owned and operated assisted living facilities since 2018.
